When you're leading from survival, everything is reactive. You're managing crises, chasing validation, trying to prove something to someone. You're stuck in patterns that were formed years ago, maybe even decades ago and you don't even realize it. You're successful on the outside, but exhausted on the inside. 

Nashville is 3 weeks away. May 2–3. And the closer we get, the more I realize what makes these rooms so powerful. It's not just the speakers. It's not just the strategy. It's the fact that everyone in the room has made a decision to stop waiting and start building. They're not chasing someone else's definition of success, they're creating their own.

I had the honor of spending the day with Kerrie Lee Brown and her incredible team at Success Magazine for a photo shoot and interview, and it reminded me of something I've been thinking about a lot lately: the people who win consistently aren't just lucky, they're intentional. They surround themselves with the right people. They invest in the right rooms. They make decisions that align with where they're going, not where they've been.

My team and I have been watching the momentum build around Nashville, and the interest has been incredible. People are reaching out, asking questions, securing their spots and I don't want you to be the one looking back in a few weeks wishing you had moved when you had the chance.

There's something powerful that happens when people decide to stop waiting and start moving. I saw it in Miami. I've seen it in every room where transformation actually takes place. And I'm already seeing it build toward what's coming next.
