A MESSAGE FROM TIM
I'm back home from Miami, and I'm still thinking about what happened last weekend.
To everyone who showed up and invested in yourself, thank you. You didn't just attend an event. You stepped into a room full of people who were ready to grow, ready to challenge themselves, and ready to build something extraordinary. That's not common. That's special. And the energy you brought created something I won't forget.
We spent three days with Grant Cardone, Heather Monahan, Scott Clary, Mason Cain, Dr. Caroline Leaf, Rachel Uchitel, Todd Pultz, and Garrett J. White world-class leaders who poured into every person in that room. But what made Miami unforgettable wasn't just the speakers. It was you. It was the conversations that happened in the hallways. The connections that formed over meals. The breakthroughs that happened when someone finally said out loud what they'd been holding back for years.
If you were there, you know what I'm talking about. If you weren't, I hope you're feeling a little bit of FOMO right now because you should. Not to make you feel bad, but because I want you in the next room with us.
Which brings me to this: Nashville.
We're doing it again. May 2–3, 2026. Mark it down. More details are coming soon, but I want you to start thinking about it now. If Miami showed you what's possible, Nashville is going to take it even further.
This is what we're building together a movement of people who lead with love, who show up for themselves and for each other, who refuse to settle for less than what they're capable of. And I want you to be part of it.
Stay tuned. Nashville is coming, and I don't want you to miss it.
Tim Storey

The Miracle Mentality Podcast
What makes this podcast different isn't just the guests or the topics, it's what you do with what you hear. You take these conversations and apply them. You share episodes with people who need them. You show up ready to grow, not just to listen. That's what transforms this from content into community, and from information into real change. Thank you for being the kind of person who doesn't just scroll, you engage, you apply, you grow.
Your voice matters to us. If an episode has impacted you, head over to Apple Podcasts and leave us a review. Tell us what resonated, what shifted for you, or which conversation changed your perspective. We read every single one, and it helps more people find what they need.
🎙️ Episode 31: Nir Eyal: Beyond Belief — Proven Guide to Tapping Into Your Hidden Potential
Nir Eyal used to call himself "the most distracted person you've ever met." Diagnosed with ADHD and stuck in a cycle of distraction and procrastination, he tried everything he even threw away his smartphone. But nothing worked. So he decided to pave his own way to fight distraction, and the result was his bestselling book Indistractable, which won the Outstanding Works of Literature Award and was named among the best business and personal development books of the year by Amazon, Audible, and The Globe and Mail.
But Nir's work didn't stop there. His newest book, Beyond Belief, explores the science behind how we form, hold, and change our beliefs and in this episode, we go deep into that research.
We talk about:
● Why distractibility is rooted in avoiding discomfort and what to do about it
● The power of beliefs and labels and how they shape your identity and your future
● How to change your perspective and tap into potential you didn't know you had
● Practical, science-backed strategies for living a more focused, intentional, and productive life
Nir is a thought leader in the intersection of business, behavior, and the brain. He's taught behavioral design at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, sold two technology companies, and his writing has been featured in The New York Times, Harvard Business Review, Time, and Psychology Today.
If you've ever felt stuck in patterns you can't break, or if you're ready to challenge the beliefs that have been holding you back, this conversation will change the way you see yourself and what you're capable of.
In Case You Missed It: Last Week with Ben Greenfield
If you didn't catch last week's episode with Ben Greenfield, one of the world's leading biohacking experts, go back and listen. We talked about maintaining strength and mobility as you age, building a family legacy that goes beyond wealth, and why the stress state you're in when you eat matters just as much as what you eat.
Ben shared how he and his family created a Greenfield Family Constitution a 100+ page living document that includes their values, mission statement, traditions, end-of-life wishes, and financial legacy. It's a blueprint for generations to come, and it will challenge you to think about what kind of legacy you're building.
Closing Message
Your beliefs shape your reality. The labels you accept shape your identity. And the potential you tap into determines the life you build.
Miami reminded me that transformation isn't reserved for a select few it's available to anyone willing to show up, invest in themselves, and do the work. And Nashville is going to be another opportunity for you to step into that transformation.
But here's the truth: you don't have to wait for the next event to change your life. You can start right now. You can challenge the beliefs that have been holding you back. You can reject the labels that don't serve you. You can tap into potential you didn't even know you had.
Keep showing up. Keep investing in yourself. Keep leading with love.
And if you're ready to be in the room with us in Nashville, get ready. May 2–3 is coming, and I want you there.
With love,
Tim
