A MESSAGE FROM TIM
Happy Labor Day.
Today is a day off for a lot of people, but I want to talk about work for a minute, because I think we've gotten the meaning of it a little twisted.
Work was never meant to be something you survive until the weekend. Work, when it's connected to purpose, is one of the most fulfilling things a human being can do. The problem isn't work. The problem is working without knowing why. That's when it becomes exhausting. That's when Monday feels like a life sentence instead of an opportunity.
So today, as you rest, I want you to also ask yourself a different question: not "how hard am I working," but "am I building something that matters to me?" Because when the answer is yes, work stops being something you escape from, it becomes something you run toward.
With Love,
Tim
Get Ready for Scottsdale
October 17–18, 2026 | Scottsdale, Arizona
Purpose. Wealth. Relationships. Manifestation. Breakthrough.
Six weeks from now, I'm gathering a small room of high performers, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are done working just to survive, and ready to build something that actually matters.
Two days. Five areas of breakthrough. The kind of room where one conversation between sessions can hand you a shortcut it might otherwise take years to find on your own.
Seats are limited, and they're moving. The people who wait usually aren't in the room when the breakthrough happens, they're the ones who hear about it after. If Scottsdale has been on your radar, this is the moment to stop watching and start acting.

🎙️ Episode 56: Elena Cardone| Build Unshakable Conviction in Yourself and Your Mission
If you aren't deeply invested in your life's purpose, it's easy to give up the moment things get hard. But an unshakable mission does the opposite, it pushes you through adversity and makes you more resilient because of it.
Elena Cardone joins me this week to talk about exactly that. Elena is an entrepreneur, former actress, bestselling author of Build an Empire, and a licensed realtor leading a 500-agent organization with eXp Realty. Alongside her husband Grant Cardone, she's built a $5 billion portfolio, and she's also co-founder of the Grant Cardone Foundation and Cardone Mortgage, both built to make opportunity more accessible.
In this conversation, Elena and I get into:
● How she freed herself from childhood trauma and unhealthy vices and rebuilt from the inside out
● How she kept her eye on a prosperous future during the 2008 recession while everyone around her panicked
● Why you must serve a purpose bigger than yourself and how that becomes your anchor when things get hard
● How to spot the enemies of your mission and develop the confidence to counter their attacks
If you've ever needed a reminder of what unshakable conviction actually looks like, this episode is it.
Closing Message
Labor Day is supposed to celebrate work. But real celebration isn't about how many hours you put in, it's about what you're building, and why.
Elena Cardone didn't build a $5 billion portfolio by accident. She built it because she knew her purpose was bigger than her circumstances. That's the same energy waiting for you in Scottsdale.
Rest today. Then get ready to build with purpose.
