A MESSAGE FROM TIM
This past week, the world lost Dolly Parton.
I keep coming back to something true about her: she built an empire, and she never once let success change her heart. She gave away millions of books to children through her Imagination Library. She wrote "9 to 5" and "I Will Always Love You" in the same year most people are still figuring out their next move. And through all of it, she stayed exactly who she was: warm, generous, grounded and unshakable in her faith.
Dolly was a perfect example of what it means to Lead With Love. She showed us that you can achieve at the highest level, build something extraordinary, touch millions of lives and still lead with kindness, generosity and heart.
That's the kind of legacy I think about often. Not just how much someone built, but who they stayed while they built it.
Ask yourself that question this week: Who are you becoming while you build what you're building?
Success doesn't have to cost you your character. You don't have to lose your heart to reach the top. Dolly proved that for seven decades.
That is what it means to Lead With Love.
