A MESSAGE FROM TIM
I've noticed something about the people I admire most, none of them got there by pretending to be okay when they weren't.
We live in a culture that often equates strength with silence. The goal becomes looking like nothing's wrong. But I've watched that same silence quietly wreck marriages, friendships, and health because bottling something up doesn't make it disappear. It just makes it come out sideways later.
Here's what I know instead, real strength isn't the absence of struggle. It's showing up anyway. It's going to work, being present with the people you love, staying in the room even when something deep is going on underneath that nobody else can see. That's not "faking it." That's courage.
And real strength looks like this, too, someone who can say "I'm struggling" out loud. Who confronts the uncomfortable truth instead of numbing it. That's not weakness, that's the beginning of every real transformation I've ever seen.
