A few weeks ago, I watched someone stand up in a room of strangers and give the best seven minutes of their life.
She'd never spoken publicly before. Her hands were shaking. But halfway through, something shifted, she stopped performing and started telling the truth. By the time she sat down, people were in tears, and she looked like a different person than the one who'd walked in.
