A MESSAGE FROM TIM

Here's something I wish someone had told me earlier in my life: asking for help isn't the opposite of strength. It's actually where strength starts.

We live in a culture that celebrates the person who "did it all on their own." But nobody actually does. Every person you admire had someone who spoke truth into them at the right moment, who showed them a door they didn't know existed, who simply said "I see you, and you don't have to carry this alone."

So if you're in a season right now where you need support reaching out, saying it out loud, letting someone in, that's not weakness. That's wisdom. And it might be the exact thing that changes everything for you.

With Love,

Tim

The Miracle Mentality Podcast

🎙️ Episode 58: Jason Wahler |  Recovery, Faith, and the Courage to Ask for Help

Jason Wahler has spent the last 15+ years turning his own story of addiction recovery into a mission to help others find theirs. Today, he's the Director of Dr. Amen's Change Your Brain Foundation, sits on the board of Cure Addiction Now, and serves as an ambassador for Sobrsafe the first-ever transdermal alcohol monitoring detection band.

Jason joins me for a conversation about what it really takes to face addiction, ask for help, and rebuild a life on the other side of rock bottom.

In this conversation, Jason and I get into:

●      What it actually took to face his own addiction and the moment that changed everything

●      Why asking for help is the bravest thing you can do  not the weakest

●      How faith became part of his recovery  and how it still anchors him today

●      The work behind facilitating over $1 million in treatment scholarships and why access to help matters so much

If you or someone you love has ever struggled with addiction or mental health, this episode is full of hope, and full of a real path forward.

Closing Message

Jason's story is proof of something I believe with my whole heart: your lowest moment doesn't get the final word. Asking for help, showing up honest, and letting people walk with you, that's how the comeback starts.

That's the same spirit waiting for you in Scottsdale. Seven voices, one room, and a chance to let people walk with you toward whatever's next.

Keep climbing,
Tim
