A MESSAGE FROM TIM

Last Thursday, I stood in a room in Newport Beach and watched something happen that I still don't have all the words for.

I've taught mindset and manifestation for over 30 years, and here's what I keep relearning: breakthrough isn't something that happens to you. It's something that happens through you, the moment you stop waiting for permission and just show up ready to receive. That's the difference between people who talk about change and people who actually experience it. People connected who were meant to connect. Breakthroughs happened that weren't even on the agenda. None of it was an accident.

If you were in that room, thank you, you brought something to it. If you weren't, I'm not telling you this to make you feel like you missed out. I'm telling you because it's proof when you decide to show up, something meets you there.

This Thursday, we do it again. Different room, different focus, same energy. Master the Stage is happening in Newport Beach, and we have a few spots left for anyone ready to find their own moment like that one.

With love,

Tim

Master the Stage

Thursday, August 27, 2026
8 AM–4 PM
Private Clubhouse | Newport Beach, California

Own the stage. Master the camera. Build your platform.

Speakers. Leaders. Entrepreneurs. Real estate agents. Stop!!!

If your success depends on your ability to communicate, connect, sell an idea, or move people, this day is for you.

On August 27th in Newport Beach, California, I'm leading a full-day experience called Mastering the Stage, and it might be my favorite mastermind we do.

Because your stage isn't just standing in front of 15,000 people.

Your stage is anywhere your voice needs to matter.

Your stage could be an open house as a realtor. A conference room leading your company. A sales presentation. A podcast. A Zoom call. A conversation with an important client.

And yes, your stage could be a keynote in front of 20,000 people or 25 people at an intimate mastermind.

For more than three decades, I've spoken around the world, from massive arenas to intimate rooms, and I've learned this:

The size of the room doesn't matter. Your ability to move the room does.

On August 27th, I'm going to teach you how to communicate, connect, read a room, tell your story, and move people to action.

And I'm bringing two incredible experts with me: one of Hollywood's top acting teachers to work on your body language, presence, delivery, and tone, and a veteran Hollywood talent agent who spent more than 25 years working with movie stars and helping build extraordinary careers.

Your voice matters. Your story matters. Now learn how to deliver it.

August 27th. Newport Beach.

Mastering the Stage. I'll see you there.

Something's Coming to Scottsdale

Mark your calendars: October 17th–18th.

I wanted you to be the first to know something is being built.

For two days in Scottsdale, Arizona, I'm bringing together a very small, very intentional group. This isn't a conference. It's a curated room, the kind where the conversations that happen between sessions matter as much as the sessions themselves.

If you've been with us before in Bel Air, San Diego, Nashville, or Austin, you already know every room is different. New faces, new connections, new breakthroughs. Scottsdale will be no exception.

I'm still finalizing who will be in that room with me. But if you've felt like you're ready for a different level of relationships, strategy, and breakthrough put this on your radar now. Not everyone will be the right fit for this one. But if it's calling to you, you'll know.

More details soon. For now, just save the date.

The Miracle Mentality Podcast

🎙️ Episode 54: Venture Capitalist Elizabeth Yin: My Guide to Building Scalable Businesses

Most startups fail. Elizabeth Yin has spent her career figuring out why, and what separates the ideas worth pursuing from the ones founders should walk away from.

Her path into entrepreneurship started as a teenager in Silicon Valley, where an early opportunity working alongside Tony Hsieh introduced her to the startup world. Today, as co-founder and General Partner of Hustle Fund, Elizabeth has backed hundreds of early-stage companies and seen firsthand why great ideas succeed, stall, or fail.

In this conversation, Elizabeth and I get into:

● How to test a business idea before going all in before you burn the savings or quit the job

● How to recognize founder-market fit and why it matters more than the idea itself

● Knowing when it's time to pivot versus when it's time to push through

● What investors actually look for and how to make smarter bets on yourself

If you've ever wondered whether your idea is worth pursuing, or worth walking away from this episode gives you the framework to know the difference.

Closing Message

Every room I've stood in this month has taught me the same lesson: breakthrough doesn't wait for the perfect moment. It shows up the moment you decide you're ready to receive it.

Newport Beach is almost full. Scottsdale is coming. And the only thing standing between you and your next room is deciding you belong in it.

Keep climbing,
Tim
