Two days after Austin, I received an email from Manuel Aragon that stopped me in my tracks.

I just left another Tim Storey Mastermind, and once again, I am leaving with a full heart, a clear mind, and a renewed sense of purpose. Every time I walk into one of Tim's rooms, I am reminded that this is not just another event. It is a transformational experience where lives change, perspectives shift, and authentic relationships are born. In a world filled with conferences built around status, access, and self promotion, Tim has created something remarkably different, a community rooted in growth, generosity, genuine connection, and a commitment to Lead with Love. Also, I am incredibly grateful to be a part of The Collective Membership. What began as joining a mastermind has become so much more. I have built meaningful friendships, formed valuable business relationships, and found a group of people who genuinely want to see one another succeed.
I have spent decades in rooms filled with influential people, and I have learned that many relationships are transactional. People often measure your value by what you can do for them rather than who you are. This mastermind reminded me that the most valuable people are not those with the biggest titles. They are the faithful few who are willing to challenge you, encourage you, celebrate your success, and tell you the truth because they care. Those are the relationships that become family, and those are the people who stay with you long after the event is over.
The Turn for me came when I stopped protecting my image and started receiving honest coaching. Tim Storey, David, Joseph and the people he has intentionally surrounded himself with looked beyond my accomplishments, my failures, and the walls I had built over the years. They saw who I am today, but more importantly, they saw who I can become. They challenged me with love, spoke truth without ego, and reminded me that real breakthroughs happen when we surrender our pride, trust the process, and allow others to sharpen us. That kind of leadership is rare, and it is one of the reasons I continue to come back.
That experience is the heartbeat of Lead with Love. Success may open doors, but love is what changes lives. Truth, humility, faith, generosity, and genuine relationships are what create lasting impact. I left with greater clarity, deeper conviction, and a renewed commitment to lead with love because, in the end, our greatest impact will never be measured by the rooms we enter. It will be measured by the lives we touch, the people we lift up, and the legacy we leave behind.
